Promotional Period

• This promotion will run once a week on a Thursday starting at 6:00pm, beginning from October.

How to Enter

• You must be a current active member of The Fiddler.
• Each member has the chance for entry every day by spending $20 within the venue and using their member card for the transaction.
• Each entry is valid until the jackpot has been won. The entries will then reset.
• On the day of the draw, entries are cut off at 5:00pm.

The Draw

• Each week there will be a draw conducted at 6:00 and 7:00 in the Public Bar.
• The first prize is cash in hand- $500 at 6:00pm. If the winner is not in the venue to claim the prize, the prize is void.
• If a member has won a prize they are able to win again.
• The final prize is $2500, this is a jackpot prize, if not claimed it will compound each week to a maximum of $25,000 at which time the draw will continue every 10 minutes until the prize is claimed.
• Maximum of $5,000 in cash for any prizes, all amounts over $5,000 will paid in cheque form.
• The member draw will be displayed on screens in The Public Bar. Members have 5 minutes from the announcement to present themselves with either their physical or digital membership card to the front of The Public bar to claim their prize, the 5 minute countdown will be displayed throughout the venue.

It is a members responsibility to:

• Be present in the venue to claim the prize.
• Position themselves in a spot that they are able to see a screen announcing a winner.
• Make their way to The Public Bar within 5 minutes to claim the prize.
• Have their physical or digital membership card present to claim and a valid form of ID to claim a prize of over $5000.

Terms and Conditions

• Members must be in the venue to claim any prize.
• By participating in this promotion, members agree that their names and information may be stored for the purpose of conducting this promotion, members are also aware that their name may be displayed on screens throughout the venue for the purpose of this promotion.
• By participating in this promotion members accept that any prize over $5000 must be paid in part (or whole if requested) by cheque.

Ineligible for the promotion:

• All employees of The Fiddler are not eligible to participate in the promotion at any time.
• The Board of Directors of The Fiddler are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• All contractors of The Fiddler, including all agents and employees of those contractors, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• All subcontractors of any contractor of The Fiddler, including all agents and employees of those contractors, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• Any person who is a current supplier, or the director or shareholder of a company which is a current supplier, of goods and services to the pub (including any agent or employee of that person or company) is not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Disputes

• The Fiddler will have final say on all disputes and issues. Disputes must be received in writing to the General Manager within 1 week of the alleged time of dispute.
