Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The membership terms and conditions will come into effect and apply to all current and new members of The Fiddler from September 1, 2024.
• To hold and use a Fiddler Membership, individuals must be 18 years of age or older.
• Membership is personal and may only be used by the holder.

Access and Security

• Members have access to their membership information, including a unique membership number, points balance, and tier level via the digital membership.
• Each member is responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized persons gain access to their membership and personal information or use their unique membership number.

Misuse

• In the event of misuse of the membership, bonus points, or benefits, The Fiddler reserves the right to exclude members from the loyalty program, delete earned bonus points, and reduce tier levels.
• Misuse may include, but is not limited to, abuse of membership benefits, excessive card usage, the exchange or distribution of membership details, or any actions contrary to the intent of the loyalty program.

Points Management

• Bonus points may be earned and accrued through spending at The Fiddler’s venue.
• Bonus points will expire after one year of inactivity from a member.

Promotions and Redemption

• The Fiddler reserves the right to make decisions regarding promotions outside of regular points accumulation.
• Promotions and services offered as part of the loyalty program must be redeemed in full with points; split or partial payments are not permitted.

Functions and Events

• For functions or events at The Fiddler that use a bar tab, members may use their membership for points accrual, but no discount will apply to the overall cost. If a member has sufficient points to cover the entire bar tab, points may be used as a payment method or for partial payment if the points are insufficient.

Membership Tiers and Changes

• The Fiddler has five membership tiers, which are reviewed regularly. The Fiddler reserves the right to make changes to membership tier levels in accordance with house policies and procedures.
• Members agree that their tier may be subject to changes, and any disputes will be put in writing. In the event of downgrading (except for misuse), a member may be downgraded by no more than one tier at a time.
• The benefits for each tier level vary. Information regarding an individual's specific tier benefits can be obtained from staff or duty managers.

Data Privacy and Consent

• The Fiddler reserves the right to access and store members' data in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act for the purpose of administering the loyalty program.
• By joining The Fiddler’s loyalty program, members agree to receive information regarding promotions and relevant communications. Consent to marketing materials is voluntary, and members can withdraw their consent at any time. Consent management can be done via an unsubscribe link.
